Returns
We take pride in providing products that meet high-quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from kidynest.com, you may return the item(s) within a generous 30-day period from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame:
Returns are accepted within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.
- Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.2
- How to Return Items
- Get in Touch:
To start a return, simply email our customer service team at contact@kidynest.com. Include your order number and why you want to return the item.
- Return Approval:
Once we approve your return request, we’ll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and clear instructions on how to send back the item(s).
- Returning Items
- a. Your Job:
You’re responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless we made a mistake or you got a defective product.
- b. Safe Packing:
Make sure to pack the item(s) securely so they don’t get damaged on their way back to us.
- Getting Your Money Back
- a. How Long:
We try to process refunds fast, usually within 2 business days of getting the item(s) back.
- b. How You Get It:
Refunds go back to the same way you paid for the order.
- Exchanges
Sorry, we don’t do exchanges right now. If you want something else, return what you got and buy the new thing separately.
- Broken or Messed Up Stuff
If your item arrives messed up, email us at contact@kidynest.com right away. We’ll help fix it fast.
For returns, use a shipping service with insurance and tracking. We’re not responsible for stuff that gets lost or messed up on the way back. We need proof that we got the item(s) back before we can give you a refund.
Gifts: If you got a gift and want to return it, you’ll get a gift certificate once we get the item(s) back. If someone else got it for you, we’ll refund them.
